What services do you offer?

Individual Therapy: 50 min session is $175.


What is your cancelation/rescheduling policy?

Appointments are reserved specifically for you and your time is held with care. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.


What are the steps to starting services with me?

After our consultation, if we both feel that working together would be a supportive fit, we will schedule your first session. Before meeting, I will send you intake paperwork, which includes:

  • Preliminary intake questionnaire

  • Psychotherapy informed consent form

  • Telehealth consent form

  • BBS Notice Form

  • Good Faith Estimate Form

  • Venmo payment consent form (if applicable)

I ask that these forms be completed on the day of our first session. During our initial session, we will review any questions or concerns you may have regarding the paperwork and discuss confidentiality and its limits.


What platforms of payment do you accept?

I accept payment through IvyPay (a secure, HIPAA-compliant payment platform), Zelle, Venmo, and cash. If using Zelle or Venmo, a signed consent form is required acknowledging that these payment methods are not HIPAA-compliant. Payment is collected at the beginning of each scheduled session.


Do you take insurance?

I currently only accept Aetna insurance through Headway. Here is the link for my Headway profile.

For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider and can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt of services) for possible reimbursement through your insurance plan. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, and any deductible requirements that may need to be met before reimbursement is available.


Do you offer sliding scale for sessions?

For those experiencing financial need, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots on a weekly basis. My sliding scale ($110–$175) is informed by the Green Bottle model. In an effort to increase accessibility and support communities disproportionately impacted by systemic barriers, priority for sliding scale availability is given to BIPOC, trans, and queer community members.


Where is your office located?

My office is located in Northeast Los Angeles in the Highland Park area. The exact office address will be provided once we begin working together and schedule our first session.
